Massimo Tarantino will still be named as the new head of Roma’s Youth Sector. This comes on the heels of Claudio Ranieri leaving the club as a senior advisor, and whom chose Tarantino to be tasked with starting the future under 23 team.
Rumours had been swirling that the club would change it’s mind about appointing Tarantino following the decision to split with the club legend, but according to Gazzetta Regionale the plan is still in place. Tarantino will leave Inter and sign a 5 year contract with Roma in early May.
Jason Morrow, the clubs current CFO, has stepped in and has taken charge of the situation to bring Tarantino into the fold and lead the future young stars of Roma.
