Report: Paulo Dybala signs pre-contract with Boca Juniors

Paulo Dybala warming up for AS Roma

The last days of Paulo Dybala’s time at AS Roma are looking to be at an end. With his contract expiring at the end of June Dybala is free to sign a pre-contract with another team ahead of the upcoming season.

Unfortunately, this season hasn’t been what the ex Juve player would have hoped to convince the club to extend his time at Roma. Appearing in just 50% of games this season and contributing 4 goals with 4 assists over the 23 games he’s played.

According to ESPN, it appears that his choice has been made and he’ll be returning home to play at La Bombanera with Boca Juniors. It has long been rumoured that Dybala would return home with Boca as his wife has been pushing to raise their newborn child in Argentina.

His good friend and former Roma player Leonardo Paredes has also been heavily influencing the former Serie A MVP to go back and play with him as well.

No matter what happens Dybala will always be remembered for choosing the Giallorossi and hopefully can say goodbye under the curva sud.
