With Ryan Friedkin expected in Rome any minute the picture for next seasons management is becoming clearer. A meeting to determine the future of the club is expected today or tomorrow with Gian Piero Gasperini.
One name hotly linked to the sporting director role is Sean Sogliano of Hellas Verona especially since they’ve just been relegated to Serie B.
However, according to Tuttomercatoweb, Solgliano is expected to go down with the ship and continue on with Hellas in the Italian second division.
It’s expected that he’ll sign a contract extension until 2029 in order to bring Verona straight back up and spurn his chance to move to a bigger club.
