Gian Piero Gasperini has specifically asked for ready made players who can make a difference next season.
With Zeki Celik likely to depart Roma this summer the club has turned their attention to Wesley’s Brazilian teammate and fellow right wing-back Dodo.
According to calciomercato.it, the interest comes ahead of their upcoming clash against the player.
He could be a very intriguing option as his contract runs until 2027, so the Viola could look to cash in on the exciting fullback.
If they do acquire Dodo this would likely point to Wesley being pushed to the left side full time as he has done for the majority of this season to positive effects.
