Roma interested in Pisa’s Angori

By: Marco De Marinis

According to reports from sestaporta.new, Samuele Angori has emerged as a potential transfer target for AS Roma ahead of the summer window.

The 2003-born wing-back is highly appreciated by Gian Piero Gasperini, who reportedly views him as a promising option to strengthen Roma’s depth on the left flank. With Kostas Tsimikas expected to return to Liverpool at the end of the season, Roma are searching for a younger profile capable of fitting Gasperini’s high-intensity system.

However, Roma are not alone in the race. Bologna, Fiorentina, Parma, and Cagliari are also monitoring Angori, whose performances with Pisa have attracted growing interest despite the club’s relegation to Serie B.

Angori is under contract with Pisa until 2029, but keeping the young full-back in Serie B could prove difficult if top-flight clubs continue to push for his signature this summer.
