Dybala’s Agent Situation Clarified

There’s been lots of speculation about Paulo Dybala’s future, especially after his fantastic performance against Parma. It went into overdrive yesterday after he was pictured with two new agents.

According to reports from Italy, Carlos Novel is still his one and only agent. However, Novel’s agency, Behind the Athlete, has partnered with Kmb.Sports. This new agency supports emerging talents from South America as well as MLS. The person Dybala was pictured with yesterday, Kristian Bereit, works for Kmb.Sports.

The synergy between the two companies appears to not effect Dybala’s future at all.

Despite Dybala’s contract expiring on June 30, negotiations with Roma are still ongoing though. Gian Piero Gasperini is reportedly pushing for the club to keep the 32-year-old, viewing him as a key leader and technical reference inside the squad.

Financially, however, the situation remains complicated. Roma want a significant salary reduction from Dybala’s current deal, with discussions centered around a lower base salary heavily tied to bonuses and appearances.

Meanwhile, speculation surrounding Boca Juniors has resurfaced following Dybala’s new representation arrangement, although the player’s priority reportedly remains staying in Europe — ideally with Roma.
