Gianluca Mancini is reportedly close to signing a new long-term contract with Roma. According to Italian journalist Nicolò Schira, the defender is expected to extend his deal with the Giallorossi until 2029.
The new agreement would see Mancini earn €3.5 million per season and include an option to further extend the contract through 2030.
The renewal comes after another outstanding campaign for the Roma vice-captain, who recently played a decisive role in the Derby della Capitale with a historic brace against Lazio. Gian Piero Gasperini reportedly considers Mancini one of the central pillars of Roma’s future project.
