Roma are continuing to evaluate attacking reinforcements ahead of the summer transfer window, and one of the names appreciated internally is Crysencio Summerville.
According to transfer expert Alfredo Pedullà, the Giallorossi are closely monitoring the Dutch winger as Gian Piero Gasperini pushes for more pace, unpredictability, and one-on-one quality in attack.
Summerville is viewed as a profile capable of fitting perfectly into Gasperini’s tactical system thanks to his explosiveness, dribbling ability, and versatility across the frontline. Roma are expected to strengthen multiple attacking positions this summer as part of a broader squad rebuild.
The report also confirms that Roma continue to reflect on a possible move for Joshua Zirkzee. The Dutch striker remains highly appreciated by Gasperini, who reportedly believes a partnership between Zirkzee and Donyell Malen would significantly elevate Roma’s attacking quality.
However, a deal for Zirkzee remains financially difficult due to Manchester United’s valuation and the player’s salary demands. Roma would likely need favorable conditions — potentially a loan formula — before advancing concrete negotiations.
