Having his departing gift be the goal that brought back Champions League football back to Roma, Stephan El Shaarawy leaves the club a legend and is free to choose any destination he likes.
The 32-year-old forward is now weighing several possible destinations. Genoa are making a strong push to bring him back to the club, while Venezia have also shown interest and made enquiries.
There is also interest from the Middle East, particularly from Al Hilal, the Saudi club now managed by Simone Inzaghi.
