After some difficult negotiations with Atalanta management to leave the club they’ve announced that Tony D’Amico has left.
As per Filippo Biafora, D’Amico is now free to become Roma’s sporting director as Gasperini is a huge admirer of his since they’re time together in Bergamo.
D’Amico is set to sign a 3 or 4 year contract with the Giallorossi for approximately 1.5 million euros per season.
For a sporting director this is a big commitment and shows the Friedkins are entrusting D’Amico with the future of the club
