According to Corriere dello Sport, Ryan Friedkin has taken a hands-on role in one of Roma’s key transfer targets this summer: Kerim Alajbegovic.
The Giallorossi are believed to have already reached an agreement in principle with the Bosnian winger, with the focus now shifting to negotiations with Bayer Leverkusen.
Talks with the German club are expected to be far from straightforward. Bayer currently value the highly rated youngster at around €25 million, although that figure could rise depending on his performances at the upcoming World Cup.
Alajbegovic remains one of the most intriguing young talents on Roma’s radar, but any potential deal will require significant work between the two clubs before it can move closer to completion.
