Mancini and Cristante Set for Long-Term Roma Stay Until 2030

Roma are moving to secure continuity at the heart of Gian Piero Gasperini’s project, with Gianluca Mancini and Bryan Cristante both set to extend their contracts until 2030.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, sporting director Tony D’Amico has resumed negotiations that had previously been stalled under the former management led by Massara, quickly accelerating talks in recent days to finalise both renewals.

In Mancini’s case, Roma have improved their offer following an impressive end to the season and growing interest from Inter. The new deal will reportedly see the defender earn around €3.5 million per year plus bonuses, potentially rising to €4 million.

Cristante’s renewal is also close, with a similar structure but starting from a slightly lower base salary compared to Mancini, again supplemented by performance-related bonuses.

Gasperini’s influence has been decisive in both cases, with the Roma coach strongly requesting that the club retain two of his most trusted and experienced players as key pillars of the squad moving forward.

The double renewal represents a clear signal of Roma’s intention to build stability and continuity within the team, ensuring leadership and experience remain central to the club’s long-term project.
