Matías Soulé has emerged as the leading candidate to generate the significant capital gain AS Roma must secure before the June 30 financial deadline, according to Corriere dello Sport.
Borussia Dortmund have reportedly taken a concrete step forward and are currently considered the most serious contender for the Argentine winger. A potential deal in the region of €40 million could deliver Roma an estimated capital gain of €24–25 million, making him a key asset in the club’s financial planning.
However, Dortmund are not alone in their interest. Soulé is also being tracked by several Premier League clubs, Atlético Madrid in Spain, as well as receiving enquiries from Turkey and Saudi Arabia, underlining the wide international attention around the young attacker.
Roma’s next steps are expected to depend on how the market develops in the coming weeks, with Soulé firmly at the center of the club’s transfer strategy.
