AS Roma are closely tracking the evolving situation around Crysencio Summerville, whose rising value on the market is attracting attention from Europe’s top clubs following his impressive World Cup impact.
According to Foot Mercato, Paris Saint-Germain have now joined the list of suitors for the winger, adding further competition to an already crowded race that is beginning to significantly inflate his valuation.
Summerville, currently at West Ham United, has been one of the standout performers of the tournament, with his pace and directness making him one of the most sought-after attacking profiles this summer. West Ham, aware of the growing demand, are in a strong negotiating position and are reportedly prepared to wait for an auction-style scenario to maximise his value.
Initial estimates placed his price tag around €50 million, but with PSG’s entry into the race and interest from multiple Premier League clubs, the final figure could climb well beyond that threshold.
Roma, who are evaluating options to strengthen their wide attacking areas, are carefully monitoring developments but are conscious that the competition at the top of the market could quickly push the deal out of reach unless conditions change.
