Palermo are continuing to push for Alessandro Romano as talks with Roma remain ongoing.
According to Filippo Biafora, the Sicilian club are keen to secure the young midfielder and negotiations between the two sides are underway.
Romano is considered one of Roma’s promising academy talents, and Palermo are working to reach an agreement that would bring him to Sicily ahead of the new season. Discussions are expected to continue in the coming days as both clubs seek to finalize the details of a potential deal.
Update:
Cagliari have contacted Roma and the player would prefer to transfer to a club in Serie A, but Palermo can afford to pay what the Giallorossi are asking for according to Alfredo Pedulla.
