Roma’s sporting director Tony D’Amico has been in the city since yesterday, with a key transfer summit scheduled today at Trigoria.
According to Corriere dello Sport, the meeting will focus on contract renewals and, above all, incoming and outgoing transfers ahead of a decisive phase of the window.
Among the main topics is the situation of Matías Soulé. Borussia Dortmund and Aston Villa are monitoring the Argentine, but neither club has yet made a decisive move to convince Roma to open the door to negotiations.
The future of Manu Koné is also under discussion. The French midfielder has already rejected a move to Atlético Madrid and, at this stage, does not appear inclined to reconsider his position.
The summit will help define Roma’s strategy for the coming weeks as the club looks to balance financial targets with squad planning under the new technical direction.
