Paulo Dybala’s contract renewal with Roma is now considered to be in its final stages, with an official announcement potentially arriving at any moment. According to Corriere dello Sport, negotiations between the club and the Argentine forward have made decisive progress on all key aspects of the deal, including both salary structure and contract length.
The agreement has reportedly been reached after significant flexibility from the player, who has agreed to a substantial reduction in wages to remain in the capital. Dybala is said to have lowered his salary by around 65%, moving from his current €8 million per season to a base figure of approximately €3 million, helping Roma align the renewal with their financial strategy.
With all major terms now close to being finalized, only formalities remain before the contract extension is made official. The situation is described as being at the “finish line,” with Roma confident of securing the long-term future of one of their most important attacking players.
