Gasperini Wants More Firepower as Roma Plan Further Attacking Reinforcements

Roma are expected to continue strengthening their attack this summer as Gian Piero Gasperini looks to build a squad capable of competing on multiple fronts. According to Corriere dello Sport, the new Roma coach made it clear to sporting director Tony D’Amico that additional attacking reinforcements are a priority.

Despite already having Donyell Malen as a key figure in the attack, Gasperini wants two more starting-calibre attacking players to provide quality, depth, and tactical flexibility. Paulo Dybala is expected to remain at the club with his contract renewal nearing completion, while Lorenzo Pellegrini is also expected to continue playing an important role in the new project.

Roma are also planning changes at centre-forward. With Artem Dovbyk and Robinio vaz increasingly likely to leave the club this summer, the Giallorossi are searching for a new striker who can strengthen the attacking department and fit Gasperini’s tactical vision ahead of the new season.
