Roma are keeping a close eye on Fenerbahçe defender Jayden Oosterwolde, but any move for the Dutchman is expected to be far from straightforward.
According to De Telegraaf, the Turkish club has placed a high valuation on the 24-year-old and is reluctant to sell unless their asking price is met. Fenerbahçe are keen to maximize the transfer fee, as a percentage of any future sale will be owed to Oosterwolde’s former clubs, Twente and PEC Zwolle.
Roma are not alone in the race. Several Premier League clubs have also shown interest in the versatile defender, although no official bids have been submitted so far.
The Giallorossi continue to monitor the situation and could consider making a move if conditions become more favorable later in the transfer window.
