Roma have reportedly turned down an approach from Como for academy graduate Niccolò Pisilli, reaffirming their intention to keep the young midfielder at the club.
According to TuttoMercatoWeb, Como made a fresh inquiry as they continue their search for Italian talent ahead of the new season. However, Roma responded with a firm refusal, making it clear they have no intention of opening negotiations.
Despite the club’s ongoing need to generate capital gains before the June 30 Settlement Agreement deadline, Pisilli is considered untouchable. The Giallorossi view the midfielder as an important part of their long-term project and a key member of Gian Piero Gasperini’s squad heading into next season.
