Manu Koné continues to attract attention on the transfer market, but Roma remain firm on their valuation of the French midfielder.
According to Alfredo Pedullà, Koné’s future will be addressed after his World Cup campaign with France, although the coming days remain crucial as Roma look to balance their books before the June 30 deadline.
Pedullà also reports that the player’s agent has asked Roma to clarify the situation regarding third-party intermediaries, making it clear that he intends to handle any negotiations personally. Should a suitable offer arrive, it will be presented directly through the player’s representative.
Roma’s stance is unchanged: any deal for Koné would need to start at €40 million plus significant bonuses. While recent reports have linked Arsenal with the midfielder, Pedullà says there is currently no confirmation of concrete interest, though the situation remains one to watch closely.
