Roma could complete further departures involving academy graduates as the club continues to generate capital gains this summer.
According to Mana Sport Roma, Mattia Mannini is expected to leave after returning from his loan spell at Juve Stabia. The young midfielder has attracted interest from several Serie B clubs as well as teams abroad, with his future likely to be away from Trigoria.
Luigi Cherubini is another player who could be on the move. The report states that newly promoted Serie A side Frosinone are interested in the winger, and the destination is understood to appeal to the player.
Should both transfers be completed, Roma would record full capital gains from the sales, providing an additional financial boost as the club continues to manage its accounts while preparing Gian Piero Gasperini’s squad for the new season.
