Roma have no intention of parting ways with Niccolò Pisilli, who is regarded as one of the club’s key players for both the present and the future.
According to journalist Eleonora Trotta, the Giallorossi have placed a €40 million valuation on the 2004-born midfielder in an effort to deter potential suitors. The club considers Pisilli a cornerstone of Gian Piero Gasperini’s long-term project following his impressive development over the past season.
After successfully navigating the June 30 financial deadline without sacrificing any of their core players, Roma remain determined to build around their academy graduate rather than cash in on him.
Unless an extraordinary offer arrives, Pisilli is expected to remain at Trigoria and play an increasingly important role under Gasperini as Roma continue planning for the future.
