Roma are continuing their search for attacking reinforcements ahead of the 2026-27 season, with Gian Piero Gasperini reportedly requesting two new offensive players for the club’s return to the UEFA Champions League.
While Crysencio Summerville remains on the Giallorossi’s shortlist, his high valuation is making a deal increasingly difficult. As a result, Roma are evaluating several alternative options.
According to reports, one of the latest names to emerge is Martial Godo of Strasbourg. The winger, who came through Fulham’s academy and is an international teammate of Evan Ndicka, enjoyed an impressive campaign, scoring 10 goals in 28 appearances.
Roma’s shortlist does not end there. The club are also continuing to monitor Leo Sauer of Feyenoord and Mathys Tel of Tottenham as they assess the best profiles to strengthen Gasperini’s attacking options before the new season.
