Real Betis are closing in on a deal for Roma left-back Anass Salah-Eddine.
According to Ekrem Konur, the Spanish club are moving toward an agreement for the Moroccan defender, who spent last season on loan at PSV Eindhoven.
Salah-Eddine had hoped to remain at Trigoria and fight for a place at Roma, but the club and Gian Piero Gasperini do not currently view him as part of the long-term project.
A sale could now be finalized soon, with Roma looking to generate funds and create more financial flexibility during the summer window.
For the Giallorossi, the move would represent another outgoing operation as the club reshapes the squad ahead of Gasperini’s first season in charge.
