Roma could face Premier League interest in Wesley this summer, with Arsenal reportedly monitoring the Giallorossi full-back as part of their search for a new right-back.
According to TEAMtalk, Arsenal are considering as many as ten possible options for the position, with Wesley included on a shortlist that also features Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Tino Livramento, Vanderson, Ivan Fresneda, Lutsharel Geertruida, Jules Koundé, Oscar Mingueza, Raúl Asencio and Givairo Read.
For Roma, Wesley’s name appearing on Arsenal’s list is another sign of the growing attention around the player. The Giallorossi view the right flank as an important area for Gian Piero Gasperini, especially as the club continues to shape the squad ahead of the new season.
At the moment, Arsenal’s interest appears to be part of a wider evaluation rather than an advanced negotiation. However, Roma will be watching carefully in case the Premier League side decide to move concretely for Wesley in the coming weeks.
