Robinio Vaz’s future at Roma remains uncertain, with a loan move now emerging as a possible solution for next season.
The 19-year-old forward joined the Giallorossi from Marseille in January for around €25 million, with Roma investing heavily in a player considered to have significant potential. However, his first months in the capital have been limited by strong competition in attack, particularly from Donyell Malen.
Vaz made 14 appearances for Roma, none as a starter, and scored one goal: the winner in the 1-0 victory over Lecce. Before arriving in Italy, he had shown promise at Marseille, registering four goals and two assists in 14 appearances.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Roma could now send Vaz out on a straight loan in order to give him consistent playing time while still maintaining control of his future.
The destination remains to be decided. A move within Serie A would allow him to continue adapting to Italian football, while a loan abroad is also possible if the right opportunity emerges.
