Roma are continuing to reshape their youth academy after several contracts expired at Trigoria at the start of July.
According to Il Tempo, now that Massimo Margiotta is confirmed he is expected to begin making changes including the possible replacement of Primavera coach Federico Guidi.
Guidi’s future is currently being discussed, with Roma working to define a severance package. One name being considered as his replacement is Mattia Scala, who coached the Under-18 side this season and could be promoted internally.
There is also uncertainty around Alberto De Rossi, whose contract has expired. However, staying at Roma cannot be ruled out, as the club are expected to offer the former youth coach a new role within the organization.
The situation remains open, but Roma’s intention is clear: refresh the academy structure while preserving key figures who can still contribute to the Giallorossi youth project.
