Roma’s transfer plans have not changed: the club still wants to give Gian Piero Gasperini important reinforcements in attack.
According to Il Tempo‘s Filippo Biafora, sporting director Tony D’Amico remains focused on adding high-caliber attacking wingers to the squad, in line with the coach’s requests for his first season in charge.
The Giallorossi are evaluating several profiles as they look to strengthen the wide areas and raise the overall quality of the attack. Gasperini wants players capable of adding pace, creativity and directness in the final third.
Meanwhile, Biafora also reports that Jacopo Sbravati is set to join Gasperini’s staff, further shaping the technical group that will lead Roma into the new campaign.
With pre-season approaching, Roma’s goal is clear: support Gasperini with the right additions and build a squad capable of competing at a higher level.
