Roma are looking at alternative high-level attacking profiles as they continue to search for reinforcements for Gian Piero Gasperini’s front line.
One of the names linked with the Giallorossi in recent weeks is Antonio Nusa, the Norwegian winger owned by RB Leipzig and currently involved at the World Cup with Norway.
According to TEAMtalk, Nusa has been considered among the possible alternatives after Roma missed out on their primary attacking target, but the deal appears extremely complicated.
Several Premier League clubs are monitoring the 2005-born winger, with Arsenal reportedly ready to offer between €50 million and €60 million to secure his signature. Tottenham, Newcastle, Aston Villa and Crystal Palace are also attentive, while Barcelona remain in the background.
Roma had registered interest in Nusa in the past, but never advanced the track. Given the high costs and intense competition, the Norwegian’s profile currently looks very difficult for the Giallorossi.
