Roma are stepping up their pursuit of Diego Moreira, with the Giallorossi prepared to increase their investment to land the Strasbourg winger.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Roma have informed Strasbourg that they are ready to offer more than €35 million for the 2004-born Belgian.
However, negotiations remain far from complete. Strasbourg are currently holding out for a significantly higher fee, leaving a sizeable gap between the two clubs’ valuations.
Despite the difference in price, Roma continue to view Moreira as one of their priority targets to strengthen Gian Piero Gasperini’s squad this summer, and talks are expected to continue as the club looks for a breakthrough.
