Ryan Friedkin is set to return to Rome tomrrow as the Giallorossi prepare for a crucial phase of the summer transfer window.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Friedkin’s arrival will restart key meetings with Gian Piero Gasperini and sporting director Tony D’Amico, with the club aiming to finalize the renewals of Lorenzo Pellegrini and Zeki Celik while pushing ahead on transfer targets.
Roma’s priority remains strengthening the wings, with Diego Moreira and Alejandro Garnacho leading the shortlist. The Giallorossi are ready to improve their offer for Moreira, while talks for Garnacho remain complicated by Chelsea’s insistence on a permanent transfer.
The club also continues to monitor Nicolò Tresoldi as a backup striker, while outgoing transfers involving Matias Soulé, Artem Dovbyk, and Manu Koné could generate funds for new signings.
With ownership back in the capital, Roma hope to turn weeks of negotiations into concrete deals.
