Roma have made decisive moves in the transfer market by submitting official offers for both Alejandro Garnacho and Diego Moreira.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, the Giallorossi have presented a proposal to Chelsea for Garnacho and another to Strasbourg for Moreira, signaling their intent to strengthen Gian Piero Gasperini’s attacking options as quickly as possible.
The next phase of the negotiations now rests largely with Jorge Mendes, who represents both players. The influential agent is expected to play a key role in convincing Behdad Eghbali, one of Chelsea’s owners, to approve Roma’s proposals.
The two negotiations are closely linked. Chelsea and Strasbourg are both part of the BlueCo ownership group, meaning Mendes’ relationship with the clubs could prove crucial in helping Roma secure agreements.
With official offers now on the table, the Giallorossi are awaiting responses as they push to complete two of their priority signings before the transfer window gathers further momentum.
