Roma remain in negotiations for Moreira but are not prepared to offer more than €30 million for the 2004-born talent, according to Il Tempo and Lorenzo Pes.
The report adds that a future resale percentage could prove decisive in reaching an agreement with the Belgian club. Roma hope that including a sell-on clause will help bridge the gap in negotiations.
Personal terms are not expected to be an issue. Moreira, who is represented by Jorge Mendes, is reportedly close to agreeing a contract worth around €2 million per season.
