Roma are continuing their search for a new right-back following Zeki Çelik’s departure, with Zakaria El Ouahdi emerging as the latest name on the club’s shortlist.
According to TuttoMercatoWeb the Giallorossi are closely monitoring the Genk defender alongside other targets such as Nahuel Molina and Dodô.
El Ouahdi, who represented Morocco at the FIFA Club World Cup, is valued at around €15 million by the Belgian club. The 24-year-old is viewed as a potential replacement for Çelik, although Roma have yet to make a concrete move.
With the Turkish international now at Juventus, Roma are expected to accelerate their search for a new right-back in the coming weeks.
