Roma have taken a major step in their pursuit of Crysencio Summerville, submitting an official €46 million offer to West Ham United.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, the Giallorossi are increasingly confident of completing the deal, with the Dutch winger now closer than ever to making the move to the Italian capital.
The report adds that Summerville is open to joining Roma after being impressed by the club’s sporting project under Gian Piero Gasperini. While the player has given the green light to the transfer, the two parties will now work to finalize the financial details of his personal terms.
Roma are optimistic that an agreement with West Ham can now be reached following their latest bid, as the club looks to secure one of its top attacking targets before the start of the new season.
