Roma’s players will return to the Fulvio Bernardini Training Centre on Tuesday morning after being given a well-earned day off by head coach Gian Piero Gasperini.
According to ManaSportRoma the squad has been rewarded with a break following an intense first week of preseason, which included multiple double and even triple training sessions as preparations continue for the new campaign.
Next week will also mark an important moment off the pitch as Tony D’Amico is expected to be officially introduced to the media during his presentation as Roma’s new sporting director.
With preseason now in full swing the Giallorossi will resume training on Tuesday before turning their attention to the next phase of Gasperini’s preparations ahead of the 2026-27 season.
