Roma continue to explore attacking reinforcements alongside their pursuit of Crysencio Summerville, with Alejandro Garnacho remaining one of the club’s main targets.
The Argentine winger is expected to leave Chelsea after falling out of the plans of new manager Xabi Alonso. Roma are interested in signing the 2004-born forward but would prefer a loan deal, while Chelsea are pushing for a permanent transfer.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Aston Villa have also discussed Garnacho during negotiations with Chelsea over Morgan Rogers, with Nicolas Jackson’s name also coming up in talks.
Despite interest from the Premier League, Garnacho continues to give priority to Roma.
The Giallorossi are looking to strengthen their attack after several departures, including Bryan Zaragoza, Venturino, and Stephan El Shaarawy, while Lorenzo Pellegrini is still awaiting a contract renewal. Garnacho is viewed as a player capable of adding pace, creativity, and goals to Gian Piero Gasperini’s squad if Roma can reach an agreement with Chelsea.
