Lorenzo Pellegrini is moving closer to signing a new contract with Roma after the two sides resolved their differences over the length of the agreement.
According to Il Tempo and Lorenzo Pes the renewal could be completed this week.
The proposed deal is expected to run for two years, with an option for a third season. Pellegrini would earn around €2.5 million per year plus bonuses.
The agreement would provide further clarity over the midfielder’s future and keep him at Roma beyond the expiry of his current contract.
