Riccardo Pagano is set to leave Roma and join Cesena on a permanent transfer.
According to Lorenzo Canicchio, Roma will retain a sell-on clause of around 40 percent as part of the agreement. The clause would allow the Giallorossi to receive a significant share of any future transfer fee for the midfielder.
