Rafik Belghali could leave Hellas Verona this summer, with several Italian clubs monitoring his situation.
According to Alfredo Pedullà, Venezia have made an attempt to sign the defender, but Roma, Inter and Napoli also remain interested.
Verona value Belghali at around €12 million plus bonuses. The 24-year-old is therefore expected to attract further attention as the transfer window develops.
Roma continue to assess defensive options for Gian Piero Gasperini’s squad, with Belghali among the profiles being followed. Much will depend on Verona’s willingness to negotiate and whether the Giallorossi decide to turn their interest into a formal offer.
