Roma have not submitted an official offer to Real Betis for Abde Ezzalzouli despite their recent interest in the Moroccan winger.
According to Matteo Moretto, the Giallorossi have only requested information about the overall cost of a possible deal. Their enquiries covered both Betis’ valuation of the player and the salary required to reach an agreement with Ezzalzouli.
The situation remains unchanged 24 hours after Roma made their initial approach. There are currently no formal negotiations or bids on the table.
Roma continue to assess whether the financial conditions would make the operation possible while sporting director Tony D’Amico works on several attacking targets.
