Arsenal Eye Antonio Nusa as Vinicius Alternative Amid Roma Interest

Antonio Nusa is once again attracting significant attention on the transfer market.

According to CaughtOffside, the RB Leipzig winger has emerged as one of Arsenal’s leading alternative targets should the Premier League club fail to land Vinicius Junior this summer.

The Brazilian remains Mikel Arteta’s dream signing to strengthen Arsenal’s attack. However, with Real Madrid expected to resist any move for Vinicius, the Gunners are preparing a list of contingency options.

Nusa is among the most highly rated names on that shortlist. The Norwegian international has also been linked with Roma in recent weeks, with the Giallorossi continuing to monitor wide attacking options as they reshape Gian Piero Gasperini’s squad.

CaughtOffside adds that Christian Pulisic and Ibrahim Mbaye are also being considered by Arsenal. Even so, Nusa is viewed as one of the club’s most realistic alternatives thanks to his pace, technical ability, and long-term potential.

For Roma, increased interest from Arsenal could make any future move for Nusa even more difficult, with the Premier League side capable of offering stronger financial terms if they decide to pursue the Leipzig winger.
