AS Roma will leave Italy on Friday, July 31, for the second stage of their pre-season preparations in Wales.
According to Stefano Gentili, the Giallorossi will depart from Terminal 5 at Rome Fiumicino Airport on flight NO9040 at 5:00 p.m.
Their destination is Cardiff, with the squad based at the Vale Resort in Hensol.
Gian Piero Gasperini’s first-team group will be joined by seven young players: Bah, Cama, Cherubini, Di Nunzio, Lulli, Nardin and Panico.
The academy prospects will have an opportunity to train alongside the senior squad and impress Gasperini during the team’s stay in Wales.
Roma will remain at the Vale Resort from July 31 until August 8. The Giallorossi are scheduled to play three friendly matches during the trip, facing Cardiff City on August 1, Newport County on August 4 and Brighton on August 8.
The training camp will allow Gasperini to continue preparing his squad for the new season while assessing both established players and emerging academy talent.
After returning to Italy, Roma will complete their summer preparations with a friendly against Borussia Dortmund at Signal Iduna Park on August 15.
