Konstantinos Koulierakis is set to become Roma’s second summer signing after receiving all the necessary approval to complete his transfer from Wolfsburg.
According to Filippo Biafora, the Greek centre-back will arrive in Rome on Saturday to undergo his medical examinations. He will then sign his contract with the Giallorossi before the club officially announces the transfer.
Roma have reportedly agreed to pay Wolfsburg approximately €15 million for the 22-year-old defender, having already reached an agreement over personal terms.
Koulierakis will become the club’s second addition following the arrival of Santiago Castro from Bologna. Once the formalities are completed, he could travel to Wales and join Gian Piero Gasperini’s squad during the second phase of their pre-season training camp.
The Greece international will provide Gasperini with another left-footed option in central defence ahead of the 2026–27 season.

Roma have reached a complete agreement with Wolfsburg for Konstantinos Koulierakis, according to Florian Plettenberg.
The Giallorossi will pay a guaranteed €17 million plus bonuses, while Wolfsburg have secured a 20% sell-on clause.
The Greek centre-back will undergo his medical examinations on Saturday before signing a contract with Roma until June 2031.
