Roma are stepping up their pursuit of Nahuel Molina, with negotiations now entering a decisive phase.
According to Fabrizio Romano and Matteo Moretto, talks between Roma and Atlético Madrid are progressing well following the Giallorossi’s opening proposal worth €17 million including bonuses. The Italian club are now pushing to finalise an agreement as quickly as possible.
The two clubs are expected to hold decisive talks on Wednesday morning, while Molina’s representatives will also be involved as discussions continue over the final contractual details.
Roma have identified the Argentine international as one of their top priorities at right-back after encountering difficulties in negotiations for Givairo Read, and there is growing optimism that an agreement can be reached.
Although the deal is not yet complete, the coming hours are expected to be crucial as Roma look to secure Molina’s arrival and hand Gian Piero Gasperini another important reinforcement ahead of the new season.
