Roma are reportedly tracking Yahia Jlidi, a Tunisia Under-17 international currently owned by Angers.
According to Africafoot.com, the Giallorossi have been following the youngster closely and could be prepared to make a move. Roma are not alone in their interest, with Lyon also monitoring the situation.
Angers are said to have rejected a €4 million offer from Monaco in recent weeks after deciding the proposal did not reflect the player’s value. The French club are believed to be asking for around €7 million.
Roma remain attentive and could consider improving on the earlier Monaco bid as they continue to search for high-potential young players to strengthen the club’s long-term project.
