Despite recent links, Roma are not currently close to signing either Antonio Nusa or Alessio Cacciamani.
According to Fabrizio Romano, both transfer tracks are considered cold at this stage of the window. RB Leipzig have no intention of selling Nusa, while Torino are equally determined to keep highly rated full-back Cacciamani despite Roma’s long-standing interest.
The Giallorossi continue to assess options across multiple positions, but negotiations for both players have stalled due to the firm stance taken by their respective clubs.
