Roma are now waiting for Nahuel Molina to arrive in Italy as the club prepares to complete the final steps of his transfer from Atlético Madrid.
According to Il Tempo and Filippo Biafora, the Argentine full-back was in Madrid on Thursday to complete the paperwork required to be registered as an EU player.
Once he arrives in Italy, Molina will undergo his medical examinations before signing his contract with the Giallorossi.
Barring any unexpected delays, the defender will be available to Gian Piero Gasperini from Tuesday, when Roma return to training at Trigoria following their pre-season camp in Wales.
Molina is expected to become one of Roma’s marquee additions this summer, strengthening the right flank ahead of the new Serie A campaign.
