Roma’s search for a new left-sided attacker continues, but the club’s list of targets is becoming increasingly clear.
According to Flavio Tassotti, the Giallorossi have not made any further contact regarding Jan-Niklas Schade with the German winger no longer appearing to be among the club’s most active pursuits.
Meanwhile, Igor Paixão remains on Roma’s shortlist, but the Brazilian has slipped behind several other candidates as sporting director Tony D’Amico continues to assess the market.
The report adds that Antonio Nusa remains Roma’s preferred target. Despite the difficulties involved in negotiating with RB Leipzig, the Norwegian international continues to top Gian Piero Gasperini’s wishlist as the Giallorossi push to sign a starting-quality winger before the transfer window closes.
